In 2022-2023, our organization experienced a significant period of transformation, marked by achievements and strategic evolutions. Here is an overview of our key advancements:

• We launched our new visual identity, accompanied by the slogan « Success Starts Here ». This initiative strengthened our brand image and our commitment to youth success.
• After a period of pandemic-related restrictions, we returned to 100% in-person activities and volunteering. This allowed us to fully reconnect with our volunteers and provide more direct support to our youth.
• We developed a new service offering for 2023-2024, expanding our programs to address the evolving needs of young people.
• Expanding our presence in new regions, including Estrie, Mauricie/Centre-Du-Québec, and Gatineau, strengthened our community roots and our ability to reach more young people.
• We also charted a new global development focus, centered on inspiring, guiding, and empowering youth. Our goal is to reach young people where they are, outside the traditional school context.

• We are proud to announce that our student company JAD was rewarded as the Best Online Store Creator of the year in Canada, showcasing the creativity and talent of our young entrepreneurs.
• We successfully delivered the « Stronger Together: Diversity in Action » program to over 675 young people at Patro de Charlesbourg in Quebec, contributing to promoting diversity and inclusion among youth.
• We established new strategic collaborations with organizations such as YMCA du Québec, the JED Club, Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, AQEP, VAT Carrière, and Je choisis Montréal. These partnerships strengthen our network and our ability to serve youth.
• Finally, we are proud to announce that JA Worldwide has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for the 2nd consecutive year, in recognition of our ongoing commitment to youth education and the promotion of peace.
