Organizing a \u00ab\u00a0Partner Day\u00a0\u00bb is another great way to get involved with youth education and get your employees engaged in a cause dear to your heart, while boosting your company’s\u00a0visibility.<\/p>\n
To participate, you must be a partner of JA Quebec or JA Canada and be able to mobilize a team of 10 to 20 employees in Montreal or province wide. Your employees have to be available for a few hours and willing to present, volunteer and conduct free workshops and educational programs to students, between the ages of 10 and 18, in a selected school. They will share their wealth of expertise and varied backgrounds with students directly in the classroom, teaching them about financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n
We will provide the participating employees with a training, directly in your offices, to give them the educational materials they will need during the class, but also to train them on the program itself and on what they need to learn and know to conduct the workshop.
