\u201cPouring Potential\u201d for youth!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

JA Qu\u00e9bec was pleased to offer a job-shadowing experience at the Coke Canada Bottling Limited<\/strong> and Coca-Cola Canada<\/strong> distribution centre in Montr\u00e9al and Qu\u00e9bec, working together to help prepare young people for the workforce.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udc65 Coke Canada employees shared their professional experiences and introduced youth to a variety of career opportunities through an immersive and enriching experience.<\/p>\n

Participants also took part in hands-on workshops designed to develop essential skills for their professional future:
\n\u2022 how to write a strong r\u00e9sum\u00e9 and the 10 mistakes to avoid;
\n\u2022 how to prepare for a job interview;
\n\u2022 the four keys to succeeding as part of a team, including behaviours to embrace and avoid.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcac The participants\u2019 feedback highlights the impact of the experience:<\/p>\n

\u201cI liked hearing the employees talk about their experiences and their jobs. It really reassured me about my future.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOne thing I will do for my future is believe in my passion.\u201d<\/p>\n

\ud83e\uded7 Through the \u201cPouring Potential\u201d<\/strong> program with Coca-Cola Canada and Coke Canada, participating youth had the opportunity to explore different career paths and gain tools to help them research, plan and prepare for future employment opportunities.<\/p>\n
