In an effort to stay innovative and reach even more young people, our 2 flagship programs, Economics for Success (EFS) and More than Money (MTM) will soon be available online.
Economics for Success (EFS) is now available in English and French on the JA Canada Self-Directed Learning platform: jacampus.org. More than Money (MTM) is currently available in English and will be available in French very soon. Several other programs are also available in English only for the time being.
Economics for Success (Secondary 1–5) and
More than Money (Grades 4–6) are available for free to teachers, parents and students.

If you’re a teacher, get your login information by contacting M’hamed Mobarki at 514-285-8944, ext. 102, or mobarki@jaquebec.org.

If you want to access the programs and do them at your own pace, just go to jacampus.org to register online.

We’re actively seeking sponsorship partners! With your help, we’d like to offer our online programs for free to more young people in Quebec and enhance our digital content with educational videos made by professionals from the business community.

Want to sponsor our digital platform or our additional content and join our group of amazing benefactors? Contact Anne Riby at 514-285-8944, ext. 101, or ariby@jaquebec.org.

We’ll continue putting our other educational programs online.

We’ve launched a Word of the Day challenge in French for kids ages 8 to 12, to help them learn about entrepreneurship and financial literacy.

We'll be posting a series for 25 words, taken from our More than Money program, between April 15 and May 15, 2020.
Keep an eye on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages we’re posting a new word from Monday to Friday at 10 a.m.!

A series of French-language stories will be read aloud to explain personal finances in simple terms to younger kids.

Every other Thursday, have your kids listen to a new fun and educational story to introduce them to the basics of budgets, savings and expenses.
First storytime: Thursday, April 23, 2020, at 2 p.m. on
Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube.

Our INCREDIBLY MOTIVATED AND INSPIRING volunteers from the business community will present a series of 11 videos inspired by our Economics for Success program.

First video: Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 1p.m. on Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube.

We would like to thank all the volunteers who have continued to advise teams remotely so that our students can continue with the program and see their companies through to the end.

The JA team will soon be evaluating the work done throughout the year by our young entrepreneurs and reviewing all submissions received by April 24 for several competitions. Our students will have the opportunity to win scholarships for best business card, best website and best promotional video, as well as the prestigious title of Company of the Year!

Program update:
• Extracurricular programs: operations will continue and Company Program will end on April 24, 2020. • Classroom programs: depending on the teacher, activities will resume next fall. • Competitions: deadline for submitting projects and reports will be April 24, 2020. • Scholarships: nominations in May, announcement of winners -date TBD.

We're incredibly grateful for all the firm support we've received from our partners during this unprecedented time. Because of each and every one of you, we're able to bounce back and continue to be there for students. Thank you!
