“Pouring Potential” for youth!

JA Québec was pleased to offer a job-shadowing experience at the Coke Canada Bottling Limited and Coca-Cola Canada distribution centre in Montréal and Québec, working together to help prepare young people for the workforce.

👥 Coke Canada employees shared their professional experiences and introduced youth to a variety of career opportunities through an immersive and enriching experience.

Participants also took part in hands-on workshops designed to develop essential skills for their professional future:
• how to write a strong résumé and the 10 mistakes to avoid;
• how to prepare for a job interview;
• the four keys to succeeding as part of a team, including behaviours to embrace and avoid.

🫗 Through the “Pouring Potential” program with Coca-Cola Canada and Coke Canada, participating youth had the opportunity to explore different career paths and gain tools to help them research, plan and prepare for future employment opportunities.
