A whole day dedicated to your company’s visibility, future potential, and representation!
Organizing a « Partner Day » is a great way to get involved with youth education and to keep your employees devoted to a great cause, while also boosting your company’s visibility.
To participate, your company must be a partner of JA Quebec or JA Canada. Your team of participating employees (10-20 people) will be mobilized in Montréal or province wide, in order for them to meet the students directly in the classroom. Your teams will present and conduct workshops and educational programs for a few hours on the day of. Through their expertise and backgrounds, the students (10 to 18 years old), will learn about financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship, and your team gets to show the youth of today how it’s like to work with you. Who knows, they might work for you soon!
We also provide your participating employees with a full training, directly in your offices, to give the educational materials needed and answers questions. The training talks about the program itself, and what the students need to learn and know to conduct the workshop. If need be, we’re always nearby!
