Samantha Welscheid is recognized as a subject matter expert in internal controls, having developed and managed internal controls programs for publicly listed companies both in Canada (NI 52-109) and the US (SOX).

Samantha Welscheid is the Culture and People Leader for Quebec and the National Capital Region where she helps drive the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, as well as working with firm leaders to bring Deloitte’s Talent Value Proposition to life.
