Experience

Every year, nearly 1,500 high school students plan their own business and get a taste of entrepreneurship. These students are mentored and guided by volunteers from the business community, who are passionate about passing on their knowledge to the next generation.

Our educational programs in schools are flexible depending on your availability. Whether you’re available for 4 hours or 100 hours, if you are interested in educating and mentoring young people from 10 to 18 years old on entrepreneurship, financial literacy or work readiness, we would like to meet you!

OUR MISSION

Thanks to our partners and the work of some 500 volunteer mentors, JA Quebec plays a major role in preparing Quebec’s future leaders. We provide hands-on training on how to start job-creating businesses, and we foster entrepreneurial values that strengthen workplaces. Our programs revolve around four pillars: entrepreneurship, financial literacy, work readiness, and academic success.

For 1962, our actions have inspired and educated young people on the value of business and helped them to better understand business and the economy, while allowing them to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
